Desired Qualifications
· 0 - 5 years of experience. The System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems within industrial plants.
· They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure reliable operation.
Responsibilities:
System Design:
· Develop and design control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.
· Integration: Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.
Troubleshooting:
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Process Optimization:
· Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Maintenance:
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive measures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
Experience:
Prior experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process engineering.
Skills:
· Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
· Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems. Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).
· Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and team work skills.
