System Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing IT

Role: System Engineer Pharmaceutical Manufacturing IT

Payrate: $40/hr - $50/hr

Job Summary:
Seeking 2 System Engineers to support computerized systems and IT infrastructure at a new greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on manufacturing IT role, not a CSV or Business Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite/floor-level IT and system support for Manufacturing and QC/Laboratory operations.
• Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, hardware/software, connectivity, and system issues.
• Support computerized manufacturing and laboratory systems, including standalone equipment and LIMS.
• Support LabVantage/LIMS, MuleSoft integrations, and similar platforms.
• Respond to system outages and minimize production downtime.
• Work with technical teams to resolve system and equipment connectivity issues.
• Support GMP/production-critical systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on IT/System Engineering experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or GMP manufacturing.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or QC laboratory computerized systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across IT infrastructure, networks, connectivity, hardware, and software.
• Experience with LabVantage/LIMS, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
• Experience providing onsite/floor support in a production environment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and on-call support.
