- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
- Strong Active Directory and O365 administration experience
- VMware, Hyper-V, or virtualization experience preferred
- AWS or Azure cloud exposure preferred
- PowerShell or automation experience preferred
- Enterprise infrastructure support experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Hybrid environment and modernization experience preferred
- Support enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructure environments
- Manage Active Directory, O365, virtualization, and cloud operations
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and infrastructure health
- Support hybrid cloud and infrastructure modernization projects
- Collaborate with networking, security, and infrastructure teams
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and enterprise application issues
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and system optimization initiatives
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational standards
