Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software.
- Monitors the performance of systems.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Required Skills:
- Experience building highly available servers end to end.
- Strong understanding of end to end stack including tools and agents.
- Ability to coordinate technical experts to complete work.
- Ability to problem solve and quickly switch tasks.
- Ability to oversee a large number of server builds in various stages.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non technical experts.
- Ability to produce strong, clear status reporting for technical audiences.
- Ability to deliver high level reports for leadership.
- Ability to influence to achieve desired results.
- Ability to lead and provide direction and tasks to engineers and technical experts.
- Searching for experience with IBM AIX, Linux, Websphere and Oracle. These individuals will be highly skilled technical coordinators.
