Job Description
Expertise in requirements engineering, including functional decomposition of feature level requirements into algorithmic and system level specifications
Ability to act as a technical owner of automotive Occupant Sensing features, driving clarity and system coherence across algorithm, software, hardware, and testing teams.
Ability to analyze, understand, explain, and communicate model architectures, data flows, state machines, and fault strategies
Perform requirement analysis, system architecture, feature development
Capability to review and challenge design decisions, identify gaps, and ensure technical robustness at system level
Experience with requirements Management tools like DOORS, Polarion, Architecture management tools like Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody
Communication, Diagnostic (UDS ISO14229) and network layers of various serial communication protocols(CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, SENT)
Hands on experience with tools such as oscilloscopes, Vector CAN Analyzer/CANoe etc
Structured problem solving tools (5Y, Fish Bone)
Vehicle network topology, Over the Air(OTA), HW schematics understanding and debugging skills.
Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)
Knowledge and understanding of Functional Safety and automotive CyberSecurity.
