Mandatory Qualifications
Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
More than fifteen (15) years of experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary, with
hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object-Oriented Programming language,
Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development.
More than ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (i.e., PL/SQL code), and working with data in relational databases such
as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
Desirable Qualifications
More than five (5) years of experience developing and supporting enterprise web applications using Java EE, .NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
(AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, jQuery), Oracle and SQL Server databases, and DevSecOps (i.e., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube)/CI/CD tools and practices.
Six months to a year of experience working on an Integrated Eligibility System program within a Health and Human Services domain.
More than five years of experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated/unit testing frameworks.
