Location: Irondale, AL

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Ensure users are granted appropriate access based on role-based job functions using least-privilege principles in alignment with internal security policies and external audit requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle, including account creation, permission updates for role changes or internal transfers, and timely deprovisioning during offboarding to maintain system security.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and data stewards to define, document, and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models that align technical permissions with business roles.
  • Conduct and support periodic User Access Reviews (UAR), including access certification campaigns, reporting, and collection of managerial sign-offs to meet compliance standards.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by gathering and providing access logs, system evidence, and documentation for internal and external audits (e.g., SOX).
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis to identify and remediate conflicting or high-risk permission combinations that could create compliance or security risks.
  • Investigate and resolve access, authentication, and permission-related issues across enterprise systems to ensure secure and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory, audit, and security frameworks while ensuring identity and access management processes remain efficient, accurate, and audit ready.
