Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Software Programmer to support a large agency in SC.  

This role focuses on developing and modernizing HR and administrative systems using Angular and .NET technologies. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives involving application modernization, DevOps, and system integrations in a secure, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build and support backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
• Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system quality and reliability
• Modernize legacy applications and improve system performance
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security standards

What You’ll Need

• Experience with Angular (PrimeNG required) and modern web technologies
• Experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core
• Experience with SQL (database design, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Experience documenting technical solutions and processes
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
