Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Software Programmer to support the modernization, development, and maintenance of critical HR and administrative systems for a large agency. This role focuses on full-stack application development, DevOps automation, system integrations, and modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and system reliability. This role is mostly onsite with possibility of 1 day remote.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Angular and modern development frameworks
• Build and support API integrations and connected enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and release processes
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and application support activities
• Modernize legacy applications and implement scalable, secure solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices
• Support reporting, data integrity, and system integrations across HR, Finance, and administrative platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver solutions aligned with agency needs
• Participate in Agile development activities, sprint planning, and production deployments
• Experience developing web applications using Angular and modern software development practices
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and automated deployments
• Proficiency in application testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Experience working with relational databases and reporting integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
