What You’ll Do
Tackle high-priority support cases
Document everything clearly
Diagnose issues and order parts
Handle escalations with confidence
Travel for installs, training, and onsite support
Answer incoming support calls
Follow established processes
Keep up with new tools and product updates

What You Bring
HS diploma or GED
Customer service experience (preferred)
