We are hiring for a System Training Instructor for an onsite opportunity in Tennessee.

Role: System Training Instructor

Location: Nashville, TN

Relocation: Candidates must be local to Tennessee or willing to relocate by Day 1

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree is required

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced System Training Instructors to support a statewide Child Welfare Information System implementation. The ideal candidates will have strong classroom and virtual training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver role-based system training to diverse user groups.

This role will support training delivery for DCS staff, providers, help desk teams, and technical support personnel to ensure successful system adoption and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver End User Training for DCS staff during a 7-week training period using mixed delivery methods
  • Deliver Provider Training during a 5-week training period using mixed delivery methods
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple audiences
  • Support Help Desk Training activities prior to go-live
  • Facilitate Knowledge Transfer and Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Deliver role-based, scenario-driven system training and walkthroughs
  • Provide business and program context to improve system adoption and data quality
  • Support Level 1 and Level 2 help desk training and issue resolution understanding
  • Coordinate with project, functional, and technical teams regarding system updates and workflow changes
  • Adapt training content and delivery approaches based on evolving project needs
  • Utilize LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, and training sandbox environments effectively

Required Skills

  • Experience facilitating training for various audiences including end users
  • Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to translate system functionality into clear, role-based instruction
  • Experience delivering scenario-based and job-specific training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced implementation environments
  • Strong organizational and adaptability skills
