Job Overview:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise server environments with a primary focus on server commissioning, Windows OS refresh projects, and handling break/fix issues via ticket queues. This role ensures system reliability, security, and performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Server Commissioning:
Deploy, configure, and validate new physical and virtual servers.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
• Windows OS Refresh:
Plan and execute OS upgrades and migrations for Windows-based servers.
Validate system functionality post-refresh and troubleshoot any issues.
• Break/Fix Support:
Monitor and manage ticket queues for hardware/software incidents.
Diagnose and resolve system failures, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Additional Duties:
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects.
Requirements
