Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure and reliable. This role plays a critical part in supporting business operations through effective system performance and user support.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8Am to 5PM with on-call responsibilities
Job Requirements:
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in an IT related field.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, LAN/WAN management, network security, VPN configuration, and firewall management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT related field.
• Previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support preferred.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications, preferred.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and managing large-scale network infrastructures preferred.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g. Azure), network monitoring tools and virtualized environments, preferred.
