  • Support Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
  • Implement and maintain endpoint management and security policies via Intune
  • Support SSO and identity federation (SAML and third-party integrations)
  • Manage virtualization environments (primarily Hyper-V), backup, and disaster recovery systems
  • Partner with network and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, compliant environments
  • Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and M&A system integrations
  • Maintain system hardening, patching, monitoring, and compliance standards
  • Support OT infrastructure in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans
  • Provide on-call support and mentor junior IT staff
What You'll Bring:
  • 4-8 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and core infrastructure services
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V preferred)
  • Knowledge of SSO, identity federation, and security best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience in power generation or industrial environments
  • Exposure to OT/ICS/SCADA systems
  • Experience in M&A integrations and distributed infrastructure
