The Role
RAW Nutrition & BUM Energy is looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator II to own our technology infrastructure and lead the implementation and management of the business systems that power the company, including our ERP platforms. Working directly with the Director of Technology, you will own day-to-day systems administration, drive software implementation and integration projects end-to-end, manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, and keep our device fleet provisioned, imaged, and secure across both Windows and Mac environments.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and wants to own and shape systems and processes from the ground up rather than simply maintain them.
This role is located onsite at our headquarters in Stuart, Florida.
What You'll Do
- ERP ownership and management: Serve as the primary in-house owner of the company's ERP system — administering configuration, users, permissions, and workflows, and acting as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, optimization, and cross-team support.
- Software implementation: Lead the evaluation, rollout, and integration of new business software and systems, managing implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and adoption.
- Systems administration and helpdesk oversight: Own the team's technology helpdesk function, ensuring tickets are triaged, resolved, or escalated with strong follow-through, while identifying opportunities to reduce recurring issues through better systems design.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup, and clean offboarding with full deprovisioning of accounts and devices.
- Equipment provisioning and imaging: Procure, configure, image, and deploy laptops and peripherals so that every new hire is fully equipped and productive on day one.
- Device and endpoint management: Enroll, configure, and maintain devices through MDM across both Windows and Mac, enforcing security baselines, policies, and compliance standards.
- Microsoft 365 administration: Administer users, licenses, groups, and shared resources in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and identity.
- Remote monitoring and management: Use RMM tooling to monitor endpoint health, push updates and patches, and remediate issues proactively before they affect users.
- Cybersecurity support: Own the maintenance of the company's cybersecurity posture by leveraging the organization's security stack to monitor, detect, and respond to threats, and to keep endpoints protected and compliant.
- Infrastructure and systems strategy: Partner with the Director of Technology to plan, implement, and document infrastructure and systems projects, standards, and process improvements that scale with the business.
- Documentation and asset management: Maintain accurate asset, license, and documentation records for all systems and software, and drive long-term fixes for recurring issues.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will be measured by your ownership of the company's core business systems — including a well-implemented, well-managed ERP platform — as well as how effectively you support our team through the helpdesk with responsive, reliable, and friendly resolutions that keep everyone productive. You'll lead smooth software implementations, conduct consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences, oversee a well-managed and secure device fleet, and drive the systems and processes that power RAW Nutrition's technology function as it grows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in systems administration, technology administration, or IT operations, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and managing ERP systems or other core business software platforms.
- Track record of leading or playing a lead role in software implementation projects, from scoping through rollout and adoption.
- Hands-on experience with MDM for both Windows and Mac (such as Intune, Jamf, or equivalent platforms).
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user, license, and identity management.
- Experience with RMM platforms for monitoring, patching, and remote remediation.
- Solid foundation in device imaging, provisioning, and endpoint security practices.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead projects, and move quickly.
- Clear, friendly communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, or similar).
- Familiarity with identity and access management through Entra ID and SSO.
- Exposure to endpoint security tooling and networking concepts.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding integrated with an HRIS platform.
- Experience with systems integrations, APIs, or middleware connecting business applications.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Apple) are a plus.
