Job Summary (List Format):

- Support and administer enterprise voice or collaboration platforms, with a focus on Cisco Webex Calling.
- Maintain and manage VoIP systems, including SIP, call routing, and PSTN services.
- Apply foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP) to support voice/collaboration infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and collaboration platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and cross-functional teams for system support and project delivery.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Position is onsite, Monday to Friday, in Rocklin, CA (no remote work).
- No sponsorship available; local candidates only.
