Education/Experience Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and more.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Oversee Microsoft Entra ID for security and identity management.
• Maintain Azure resources and ensure cloud service health.
• Oversee physical and virtual server environments, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and manage security incidents.
• Support business-critical applications and coordinate system integrations.
• Provide advanced technical support and document systems and procedures.
• Monitor and report on system performance and infrastructure health.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and business application support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security.
• Experience with virtualization, networking, and backup solutions is a plus.
