Job Title: Systems Administrator (Junior Developer)
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote)

We are seeking a
Systems Administrator (Junior Developer) to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise ServiceNow/ESM environments. The successful candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform administration skills, hands-on ITSM experience, and the ability to support secure, reliable, and well-governed platform operations within a Federal environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow/ESM platform, including at least 2 years of Federal experience.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering services of similar scope, size, and complexity to those defined in the PWS, including the requirements and work areas identified in Section 2.
- Hands-on experience administering core ITSM capabilities, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Knowledge Management
- Service Catalog
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow users, groups, roles, ACLs, and role-based access controls, with the ability to administer and maintain appropriate access in accordance with security requirements.
- Experience managing Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, approvals, and Flow Designer processes.
- Experience configuring and administering notifications, events, SLAs, assignment rules, and scheduled jobs.
- Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM concepts, including CI classes, CI relationships, data quality, and proper management of configuration and service data.
- Experience performing ServiceNow data-management activities using Import Sets, Transform Maps, data loads, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Experience managing Update Sets and deployments across Development, Test/UAT, and Production instances.
- Experience supporting instance cloning, platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
- Ability to perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis to identify and resolve platform and application issues.
- Ability to support platform administration and configuration activities while maintaining established standards for security, availability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Equivalent certifications or qualifications may be considered where they demonstrate comparable ServiceNow expertise.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across
platform administration, ITSM configuration, security and access management, data management, workflow automation, testing, deployment, and production support, while contributing to ServiceNow services comparable in
scope, size, and complexityCompensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
