This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to break into the IT field, grow technical skills, and provide top-notch support to end-users in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Respond to support calls, emails, and tickets with a professional and customer-focused approach Troubleshoot basic IT issues including user account access, password resets, connectivity, and software installations Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures accurately and thoroughly Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes Support ongoing system maintenance and routine IT operations Escalate advanced issues to senior administrators as neededQualifications & Skills:Education & Certifications: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (either completed or in progress) is a plus, not required Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus, not required Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting Exposure to Windows and/or Linux environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms is helpful Eagerness to learn cybersecurity and IT best practices Communication & Customer Service: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor on the phone and in-personIdeal Candidate Traits:Tech-savvy and eager to grow in the IT field Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Able to work both independently and collaboratively Willing and able to work flexible hours when required Must have reliable transportation and pass a background checkWhat’s in it for You?Real-world experience with system administration and IT support Hands-on mentorship from experienced IT professionals Opportunity to convert to a permanent role with a growing company A supportive work culture that values curiosity and initiativeReady to Launch Your Tech Career?
