Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Supporting Admin to assist the MX B2B Sales Operations team in maintaining and supporting Salesforce processes and systems. This role will provide critical support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce data management, reporting, and automation workflows.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards for MX B2B sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
  • Assist in implementing new Salesforce features or updates as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce user training and onboarding.
  • Create ad-hoc reports in Salesforce as needed.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, with strong report/dashboard development skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • MS Power Point, Excel (proficient).
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and automation features.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices.
  • Knowledge around Salesforce API, extensions, plug-ins, etc.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $40.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
