The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for establishing and managing core technical capabilities including image, asset and lifecycle refresh management services. The IT Systems Administrator is also responsible for project solution engineering and implementation. The IT Systems Administrator is the accountable for the maintenance, configuration, support and reliable operation of the agency's computer systems, network infrastructure, and virtualization. This role partners with third party providers to ensure reliable operation of end user technology and software.
