Job Summary As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s information systems. You will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to optimize the technology landscape. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities and Expectations Key Responsibilities In this role, you will oversee the administration and maintenance of mission-critical servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments. Your responsibilities include monitoring system performance, implementing security protocols, and ensuring high availability of services. You will contribute to disaster recovery planning, perform regular system backups, and maintain documentation of IT assets and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and support project deployments. Proactive identification and resolution of technical issues will be essential, as well as mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT Operations team.
