Support the implementation and establishment of Kohler's Workday HCM through providing expertise around Benefits and Leave program administration within Workday. The Workday Analyst will have proficiency in multiple modules like Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Leaves. Responsibilities include system configuration, updating and enhancing Workday Business Processes, writing custom Workday Reports and partner with end users help to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements while ensuring data quality.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the implementation of Benefits and Leave related business processes and configurations Support Benefits COE with implementation and integration discussions with Workday implementation partner. Understanding of the impacts to HCM & Benefits and Leave processes and data feeds to other internal and external applications related to the relevant processes. Educating Kohler team on HCM system features for improved benefits and Leave administration. Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to business problems. Create and run Workday reports to support implementation and regular benefit department administration. Review and reconcile data including collating and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying issues, and fixing them. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have Workday Implementation and configuration support experience. Experience in Workday Benefit and Leave Modules. Certification in Workday HCM/Benefit is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Workday benefit integration files and audits in benefits/payroll functional areas. Well versed in Workday Business Process framework, Alerts/Notification, Advanced Reporting, Dashboards, Security, and EIB.
