Job Summary (List Format):
- Support the implementation and establishment of Kohler's Workday HCM system, focusing on Benefits and Leave program administration.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Leaves.
- Configure and enhance Workday Business Processes related to Benefits and Leave.
- Write and customize Workday reports to support implementation and ongoing administration.
- Partner with end users to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across Benefits and Leave modules.
- Oversee and support the implementation of Benefits and Leave business processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and Workday implementation partners for integration discussions.
- Understand impacts of HCM, Benefits, and Leave processes on data feeds to internal and external applications.
- Educate Kohler team members on HCM system features for improved administration.
- Conduct sessions with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide system solutions.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Must have experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support-specifically in Benefits and Leave modules.
- Workday HCM/Benefit certification is a plus.
- Required knowledge of Workday benefit integration files, audits, business process framework, alerts/notifications, advanced reporting, dashboards, security, and EIB.E
