8+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
Proven capacity to lead clarification and ‘translation’ of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
Familiarity with restful services.
Bachelor’s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.

As a Systems Analyst, you will work within the WI Agile framework as a member of the Distributed Platform engineering team aligned to the PP&A W product area. The team is focused on critical enhancements to our managed accounts product to expand our current product offering for participants. This team works in the underlying technology layers of PP&A W batch processing and partners with technology teams in Workplace Investing (WI) and Personal Investing (PI).
You will collaborate across WI and PI business and technology teams applying your expertise in Agile and a passion for learning and working to define the latest deployment capabilities.
Design and establishment of business architecture coupled with the ability to own and understand technical implications to program participants.
A change agent, facilitating critical coordination across teams including planning, design and problem-solving.
Working with product area leadership, help to create and manage the scrum team’s product backlog.
Creating and driving scrum stories to completion as part of a team.
Collaborate effectively with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
