Job Summary
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the CAPPS Program. You'll work with a dynamic team to ensure system security, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Program.
- Manage the CAPPS security framework, ensuring role-based access control and compliance with security standards.
- Analyze and monitor authentication logs, responding to identity-related security incidents.
- Ensure all digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Support CAPPS agencies with system configuration, security, and integration.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and Upgrade Testing activities.
- Collaborate with a Managed Services vendor for Level 3 support duties.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Texas public sector, supporting state government agencies.
- Extensive experience with CPA application systems and strategic roadmap creation.
- Proficiency in technical project management and IT security practices.
- Technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, SQL, and Oracle 11 or higher.
- Experience with CAPPS Central production support and IT service desk functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a diverse team.
Preferences
- Experience with software and hardware management industry best practices.
- Knowledge of CPA's legacy Statewide Financial Systems production support.
- Experience developing technical specifications for IT procurements.
