Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst –Accounts Receivable & Billing
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, documenting functional requirements, supporting legacy and third-party interface/data mapping, and performing end-to-end system integration testing.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from business users and subject matter experts.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Perform fit-gap analysis against PeopleSoft FSCM functionality.
Support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.
Document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and system changes.
Work with technical teams on legacy-system and third-party interface requirements and data mapping.
Create and execute end-to-end integration and system test scenarios.
Identify, document, and help resolve system and integration defects.
Support UAT, user training, documentation, and other project activities.
Collaborate effectively with a large, distributed/remote project team.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM.
Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing.
Experience working on AR/Billing implementations, not solely production support.
Strong experience gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis.
Hands-on experience with system integration testing, including third-party interfaces.
Experience with data/interface mapping between PeopleSoft, legacy systems, and external systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience working with Microsoft Teams in a large team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Public-sector/Federal, State, or Local Government experience.
Experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Experience with SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum.
Experience with STAT.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM Central Time. Some off-hours work may be required during critical project phases.
Work Location
Currently remote. The position may transition to a hybrid work arrangement in the future, with specific in-office requirements determined at that time.
