• Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support a large-scale data integration and analytics initiative for a Texas state agency. This role will focus on the design, development, implementation, and support of a data integration hub using agile methodologies and enterprise-level data engineering practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level analyst/developer with strong ETL, SQL, and data warehousing experience who thrives in complex enterprise environments.

What You’ ll Do
• Lead and support development efforts for a data integration hub using agile methodologies
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica Power Center and/or IICS
• Develop complex Snowflake SQL scripts and dimensional data models
• Automate data acquisition from multiple data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF
• Create database views and materialized views in Oracle environments
• Collaborate with architects and data engineering teams on system design and implementation strategies
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
• Perform integration, load, and stress testing activities
• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, mockups, and specifications
• Support deployment, publication, maintenance, and enhancement activities
• Assist with implementation and configuration of development tools and environments
• Analyze changing business requirements and recommend technical solutions

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica Power Center or IICS
• 8+ years of experience integrating data from multiple sources for business intelligence and analytics environments
• 8+ years of experience developing complex and optimized Snowflake SQL scripts
• 8+ years of experience supporting data analytics, data warehousing, or performance management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing technical documentation and creating diagrams using Visio, Erwin, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience delivering enterprise software platforms across multiple organizational units
• Proven ability to write efficient, testable, and maintainable code using software development best practices

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in agile sprint environments
• Experience with healthcare data and security principles related to PII/PHI
• Experience with Tableau, business intelligence, or performance metrics visualization platforms
• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Experience with Java and JavaScript
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Git Actions
• Experience with Mulesoft development
• Experience with AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, or Informatica Claire
• Prior experience with Texas HHS agencies or healthcare organizations
• Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
