Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will:

• Understand business objectives and challenges, identifying alternative solutions.
• Conduct studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
• Review system capabilities and limitations to determine feasibility of program changes.
• Lead JAD sessions, elicit requirements, and document business processes.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries, perform data quality analysis, and design dashboards and KPIs.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
• 8 years of experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement.
• 8 years of experience in business and data analysis.
• 8 years of experience conducting JAD sessions and documenting findings.
• 8 years of experience using SQL, including creating and executing complex joins.
• 8 years of experience analyzing data quality.
• 8 years of experience designing dashboards, measures, and KPIs.

Preferences

• 4 years of experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
