We' re seeking a senior
Systems Analyst with deep expertise in
PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management (CAPPS Financials) to support the Texas Comptroller' s statewide ERP environment. This role is responsible for functional configuration, production support, system enhancements, integrations, fiscal year-end coordination, security, batch processing, user support, and cross-agency collaboration.
Required Qualifications:- 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management
- Extensive experience with CAPPS Financials in the Texas public sector
- Strong PeopleSoft technical knowledge (Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher)
- Experience configuring Asset Management, depreciation, CIP, AP/PO integrations, GL reconciliation, and batch processing
- Knowledge of PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, security, and multi-tenancy
- Experience with fiscal year-end processing, Disaster Recovery, ITIL, ServiceNow/BOSSDesk, and executive-level presentations
- 8+ years supporting large statewide agency environments (30+ agencies)
- Strong understanding of State of Texas policies and CAPPS ecosystem (USAS, TINS, etc.)
Preferred:- Experience with additional PeopleSoft FSCM modules including Purchasing, GL, AP, AR/Billing, Inventory, Project Costing, Strategic Sourcing, and Travel & Expense.
Please Note:- This is a highly specialized CAPPS/PeopleSoft role.
- Candidates without significant Texas CAPPS Financials experience are unlikely to be considered.
Compensation: DOE (Competitive market rates)
