Position Overview Seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Encounters IT Snowflake reporting environment. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop test strategies, validate solutions, and ensure reporting capabilities meet operational and regulatory needs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL and Snowflake experience. Key Responsibilities Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Create and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation plans. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Support Snowflake-based reporting and data analysis efforts. Ensure designs, requirements, and documentation remain aligned throughout delivery. Identify process improvements and proactively address gaps and risks. Develop and maintain training and operational documentation. Experience with EDI transactions is a must, especially if it is related to 837 encounters.

11. Define the solution approach, identify business improvement opportunities, allocate requirements across solution components, and develop design options that achieve the desired future state
12. Define software quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
13. Monitor the market for technologies/processes to manage business analysis Information
14. Develop training materials and "tips” that stakeholders can leverage to improve their efficiency in using business analysis tools.
15. Work with large or multiple teams that span functions, issues, locations, and time zones to coordinate roles, responsibilities and interdependencies of all team members
