Systems Analyst - Commercial Operations

Introduction

The role supports the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of technology solutions that enable Sales and Commercial Operations capabilities. This position bridges business requirements and IT architecture by translating sales, customer, and operational needs into scalable system capabilities across order management, CRM, customer data, and retail operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in a complex, matrixed business environment
• Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of industry-standard IT tools and technologies
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CRM enhancements and customer data integration
• Familiarity with order management and logistics (TMS) tools
• Experience in retail enablement tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate Commercial Operations requirements into system capabilities across order management, CRM, customer data, and retail operations
• Identify functional gaps in the commercial systems landscape
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with revenue-driving processes
• Conduct market research, RFIs, and vendor assessments for CRM, order management, logistics (TMS), and customer experience tools
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams to ensure alignment with system architecture, integration patterns, and customer data strategy
• Support delivery of key initiatives, including CRM enhancements, customer data integration, One Customer Record, and retail enablement tools
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams
• Support onboarding of new systems and integrations, ensuring readiness for delivery and operational use
