Job Title: Systems Analyst – Consultant (11213)
Location: Columbia, SC (100% Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and documenting software solutions
  • 5+ years of experience managing and defining software requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementations
Preferred Skills
  • Strong understanding of Component, Integration, Performance, Regression, and Acceptance Testing
  • Experience managing software testing and development teams
  • Ability to read and understand data models and use SQL queries
  • Experience supporting projects during Maintenance & Operations phase
  • Experience with E-Filing Systems
Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition of the FCCMS application from SC DSS to SCJB
  • Manage and guide the FCCMS functional team
  • Lead functional analysis and design activities
  • Coordinate with counties and stakeholders on business process improvements
  • Manage defects, testing activities, and quality metrics
  • Support FCCMS enhancements and E-Filing initiatives
  • Review vendor documentation including requirements, test plans, and technical designs
  • Coordinate testing activities and communicate issues with vendor teams
  • Conduct user education and training initiatives
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
