Job Title: Systems Analyst – Consultant (PeopleSoft Financials & HR) (10465)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)
Interview Process: 1 Round – Phone
Work Hours: 35 hours/week
Work Environment & Requirements
  • Hybrid role – candidate must work onsite at least 1 day per week
  • Must be a current resident of South Carolina (SC) or North Carolina (NC) No relocation allowed

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft Financials and HR modules
  • Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions
  • Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine programs, and PeopleCode
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production issues
  • Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and BI Publisher
  • Develop and manage integrations using Component Interfaces
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and performance issues
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HR (analysis, development, implementation, and testing)
  • 10+ years of experience with Structured Query Reports (SQR)
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleTools (version 8.60+)
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleCode development
  • 10+ years of experience with Crystal Reports
  • 10+ years of experience with COBOL programming
  • 10+ years of experience with BI Publisher
  • 10+ years of experience with Component Interfaces
