Systems Analysts are responsible for the definition, refinement, design, testing, and implementation of highly technical requirements based on the business/functional requirements communicated by the Product Owner. System Analysts are also responsible for the preparation and publication of technical documentation (e.g., release notes) that support the continuous delivery of software. Systems Analysts are experts in identifying and analyzing defects within their products, and work with various members of a delivery team to ensure the deliverables produced align with the guidelines and standards defined by architects.
The Systems Analyst - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is responsible for understanding user requirements and managing domain-specific systems across the enterprise contract ecosystem, specifically focusing on the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform and its integrations with SAP Ariba and other internal applications. This role performs detailed technical system and data analysis to develop specifications representing both user interface configurations and data interface requirements. The Systems Analyst will configure and maintain Icertis Contract types, Templates, Clauses, Rules, Approval workflows, User permissions, and business rules based on evolving business requirements. Acting as a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, the position involves interfacing directly with software vendors to resolve complex technical issues, providing critical input into system designs, and assisting with cross-platform configurations. Operating within an Agile framework, the Systems Analyst ensures stable production support, seamless contract data flows, and the successful delivery of platform enhancements and migrations.
