Responsibilities
The Systems Analyst 1 position is an (in-office/remote) responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic's Welcome and Security applications. Although this role is primarily Welcome- and Security-focused, the analyst will collaborate closely with the broader Patient Experience team and may contribute to initiatives, cross-coverage, and optimization efforts across all Epic patient-facing applications including MyChart, Cheers, Hello World, and Cadence.
This role focuses on optimizing end‑to‑end digital patient journeys through system configuration, integrations, and workflow automation, delivering an improved user experience and measurable efficiency gains that support modern, patient‑centered healthcare delivery
