Systems Analyst II, Business

We're seeking a Systems Analyst to lead the build, implementation, support, and ongoing optimization of our Infor CloudSuite ERP applications. In this role, you'll partner with operational leaders, end users, vendors, and Information Services teams to design solutions that improve workflows, enhance system performance, and support informed business decision-making. What you'll do
    • Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Infor CloudSuite ERP applications.
    • Analyze business and operational requirements, research solutions, and implement system enhancements and change requests.
    • Provide Tier 2 application support by troubleshooting issues, resolving system challenges, and ensuring a positive user experience.
    • Partner with departments to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend system solutions that support operational goals.
    • Develop system documentation, support reporting requirements, collaborate with report writers, and educate team members on application updates and enhancements.

 

Who you are
    • Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology systems analysis.
    • Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP systems, or other complex business systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with end users, operational leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
