Schedule: M, W,TH in office if corporate; M-F at plant location; Eastern hours between a 7 a.m. start thru 6 p.m. end.

Aerospace Inc. is currently in search of an Oracle Global Data Warehouse, Senior Analyst join the Global Information Systems (GIS) organization at the Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role you will act as a liaison ts businesses and various customer groups as well as coordinate and lead the offshore teams in the support of the Oracle Global Data Warehouse which enables reporting consistency across Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft SQL Server / Power BI analytical applications that serve multiple finance and procurement functions.
Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving support issues, championing process improvements, coordinating technical work and support efforts across various infrastructure and application support teams.
Major Activities/Key Challenges:
Demonstrate fundamental understanding of business applications, processes, and technology.
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors.
Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance the developer teams. Ensure that all system development, change control standards and compliance processes are followed.
Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams.
Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.
Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up date.
Manage small large-scale projects working with stakeholders t plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company.
Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibilities for continuous optimization of support and testing
Collaborate with IT Business Architect define and maintain application roadmaps.
Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery and various support documentations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Information Technology
