Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to manage and support a high-visibility mobile app product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, mobile app/web/digital experience, and client relationship management. This position requires expertise in Jira, Agile methodologies, and the ability to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client teams, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless communication.
- Synthesize and escalate key client requirements, feedback, and blockers to the Lead Product Manager.
- Develop and maintain high-quality presentation materials for client meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure continuity across ongoing product initiatives by aligning with existing documentation, roadmaps, and workflows.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, representing the product team professionally.
- Collaborate with mobile train leads to resolve and escalate blockers, priorities, and client requests as needed.
Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role within the tech/software industry.
- Strong experience with mobile products, including knowledge of mobile development cycles, platform considerations (iOS and/or Android), and mobile-first user experience principles.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate cross-functional team dynamics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates.
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills; comfortable operating in a consulting or interim capacity.
