Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) Financials to support enterprise finance applications and business operations. This role requires recent hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle O2C solutions, balancing production support with enhancement and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
Support and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and related Oracle financial applications.
Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash processes across customer orders, subscriptions, services, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and accounting.
Manage functional configuration and support of Oracle O2C applications while coordinating with Application Managed Services (AMS) partners.
Design and improve billing processes, including project/non-project billing, e-invoicing, and invoice documentation.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Oracle Revenue Management Cloud, Vertex, and related enterprise applications.
Perform business process analysis, root cause investigation, and impact assessments across integrated finance systems.
Participate in Oracle implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams supporting Finance operations across multiple business units.
Work remotely while supporting mandatory CST business hours.
Occasional domestic onsite meetings and international travel may be required.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required.

Required Skills
5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience supporting Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order to Cash experience.
Recent hands-on Oracle Order to Cash implementation experience within the last 5 years.
Strong expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premises.
Experience with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud or Oracle Cloud Financial applications.
Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash lifecycle, including:
Customer Orders
Purchase Orders
Billing & Invoicing
Revenue Recognition
Collections
Accounting
Experience supporting integrated data flows between Oracle financial applications and boundary systems.
Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and enterprise system integrations.
Strong understanding of subscription, service, hardware, and bundled order processing.
Experience performing business process impact analysis, root cause analysis, and functional solution design.
Experience supporting production operations while delivering enhancement and project initiatives.
Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
Ability to support CST working hours.

Preferred Skills
Background as an Oracle Order to Cash Functional Consultant.
Experience leading Oracle implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or digital transformation projects.
Finance or Accounting domain experience with Oracle ERP implementations.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and hybrid Oracle EBS/Cloud environments.
Knowledge of international e-invoicing and global billing compliance.
Experience supporting global Finance organizations across U.S. and EMEA.
Exposure to Oracle AI and Agentic AI capabilities within Oracle applications.
Valid U.S. passport with ability to travel internationally if required.
