Systems Analyst - IS
Position Details
- Location: BayCare System Office, Clearwater, FL
- Work Model: Hybrid - Must reside in the state of Florida
- Status: Full Time Exempt
- Shift Hours: Varies
- Weekend Work: Occasional
- On Call: Yes
Key Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system. Technical responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a working knowledge of customers daily operations to ensure superior technical support.
- Identifying process improvements based on customers needs.
- Troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications.
- May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and performs other duties as assigned.
- Competent to work in most phases of systems analysis but may require guidance in others.
- An understanding of relevant technology tools and methods is required.
- A sound knowledge of at least one core technical area or business process is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years of Systems Analysis, Design, and/or Support; OR
- 2 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as an Associate Systems Analyst; OR
- 2 years experience required with a Bachelors degree in a Computer Science field.
