Summary

Execute the system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems. Partner with cross system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer and information technology colleagues in a timely manner to deliver technical solutions to business requirements. • Utilize ITIL methodology and ticketing software to track and manage incidents, changes, problems, tasks, and demands. • Ability to execute development, configuration, maintain, and test software based on designs set by senior level developers. • Advise business analysts, business stakeholders and cross functional technology teams on best practices to execute business requirements. • Ability to conduct customizations, implementation, upgrades, document management, and support of the business-critical systems. • Develop clean code, documentation, and follow best practices to ensure the support, upgrades, and maintenance of business systems. • Advanced understanding of API development and message protocols (Postman, REST, SOAP, XML, and equivalents) to work across enterprise systems. • Advanced knowledge working in agile and scrum methodology environment to ensure SDLC timelines and stories are completed. • Lead departmental cross-team projects. • Ability to integrate data from various back-end web services and databases. • Serve as an SME through incident management and support escalations and knowledge management use cases. • Able to Coach and mentor team members on best practices, solution design execution, and de-bugging. • Serve as partner to end users in the best solution design to execute technical requirements. • Ability to develop unit test plans and tests cases, to ensure configurations are well executed before deploying into production. • Consult with business partners on best practices integrating across systems through REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs standards. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leads to educate, present, and showcase design impacts and innovation. • Lead special projects and workstreams within the ecosystem to drive business process optimization and ROI. • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration, operations systems, database, messaging, API, system integration, testing, release planning. • Written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building, time management, team collaboration, leadership, coaching, mentoring, public speaking, delegation.

Standout Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

Pay Range

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidates experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
