Client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to analyze, evaluate, document, and enhance enterprise applications and systems that support City departments and business operations.
The selected consultant will work closely with business users, stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to define system requirements, evaluate existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and support software development initiatives. The Systems Analyst will coordinate application development activities, testing efforts, software deployments, and system migrations while ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business systems knowledge, application development experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment.
Experience

• 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience evaluating existing applications and recommending enhancements.
• Experience supporting enterprise application development projects.
• Experience working with software development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Experience coordinating software testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Experience supporting software migrations and system upgrades.
• Experience performing system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Experience supervising developers, programmers, or technical teams preferred.
• Experience leading projects and managing application initiatives preferred.
