Location: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PA
Type: W-2 contract, 3 year assignment

About the role
Turn business needs into clear system requirements for corporate applications at a growing organization in regulated life-sciences manufacturing.

We're hiring at junior, mid and senior levels. Scope depends on experience.

What you'll do

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze how current processes and systems work
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for the team's corporate applications

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams

• Experience leading requirements work independently and guiding junior analysts

• Experience in cGMP-regulated active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing and distribution
• Or, experience at regulated pharmaceutical or life-sciences companies

• ERP or corporate applications (Dynamics 365, SAP, NetSuite, Workday)
• Finance, HR or supply chain process analysis
• Process mapping (Visio, BPMN), user stories, Jira or Confluence
• SQL and user acceptance testing
• GxP or computer system validation

• Junior (0–4 years): Handles assigned tasks under general supervision using established tools and methods.
• Mid (4–8 years): Handles complex assignments on their own and may lead workstreams or small teams.
• Senior (8+ years): Owns complex deliverables, leads teams, mentors staff and works directly with stakeholders.

Work environment

• Extended sitting or standing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs.
• Travel up to 5%.
