Job Duties: Build and support company's SFDC platform for sales, marketing, and service-related functions in the U.S. Serve as functional subject matter expert towards our Sales, Marketing and Service Departments, users and Senior Management, in order to provide Senior Management and Sales, Marketing and Service Departments users with functional expertise on use of Salesforce programs and systems, including Sales, Marketing, Service and/or Health Cloud modules. Actively consult, guide and influence business stakeholders regarding use of Salesforce programs and systems (including Configuration, Process Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com applications, Einstein, SOQL, SOSL, etc.). Support business cases and influence key decision makers (on IT and business side). Collaborate with our HQ on global roadmaps and represent the US stakeholders. Utilize modern systems integration concepts to implement prototypes and proof of concepts, lead design sessions, and organize and execute sprints, which includes developing and implementing system design procedures. Perform conceptualization, design and implementation of new solutions using standard functionality and enhancement methodology (SFDC) to improve work flow in support of a large enterprise application in our global environment. Provide user support and troubleshooting solutions regarding computer- or program-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems, and articulate security, compliance, and data management aspects used in modern cloud applications. Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling, and information engineering, specifically as it relates to translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions. Define the goals of the Salesforce system, devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs and provide recommendations within the app-exchange eco-system.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days onsite in Lake Oswego per month.

Requirements: Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, combined with at least 2 years of Salesforce experience as a System Analyst, Consultant, or similar role, including the following:

  • 2 years of experience utilizing Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service and/or Health Cloud modules
  • 2 years of experience supporting large enterprise applications in global environments with demonstrated leadership in joint application design sessions and agile projects
  • 2 years of experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • 2 years of experience developing Salesforce best-practices, recommendations and app-exchange eco-system
  • 2 years of Salesforce system experience (such as Configuration, Process Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com applications, Einstein, SOQL, SOSL)

Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and criminal background check.

All education, experience, and training may be gained concurrently.
