Job Description: Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support enterprise systems analysis, data integration, reporting, application support, and business technology initiatives in a high-availability enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in systems analysis, interface development, web services, SQL query writing, ETL/data migration, relational databases, SaaS/COTS product administration, reporting, technical documentation, and enterprise application architecture. This role requires supporting enterprise business functions through interface development, data integration jobs, reporting, database analysis, technical specification creation, quality assurance, vendor collaboration, and systems modernization initiatives. Experience with FL Medicaid (FMMIS) data exchanges, consumer eligibility, provider data, and service authorization integrations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and support enterprise systems, business workflows, and technical solutions
  • Develop and support interfaces, data integration jobs, web services, and system integrations
  • Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting, data analysis, and operational processes
  • Utilize database development tools including SQL Management Studio and TOAD Access for database administration and analysis
  • Support relational database design and development across SQL Server and Oracle environments
  • Perform ETL/data migration activities supporting enterprise integrations and reporting requirements
  • Develop reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel, and enterprise reporting tools
  • Configure, administer, and support SaaS/COTS products and enterprise applications
  • Develop technical specifications, documentation, and systems analysis artifacts
  • Support data warehouse, high-availability, and enterprise application architecture initiatives
  • Participate in quality assurance testing, defect resolution, and change management processes
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to support business and technical objectives
  • Support use case development, reporting analysis, and systems modernization initiatives


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support project teams and enterprise technology initiatives
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedural standards, and implementation artifacts
  • Participate in systems optimization, process improvement, and enterprise modernization efforts
  • Prioritize competing technical requirements and support high-pressure operational environments
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration efforts


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with systems analysis, process flow development, and SDLC projects
  • Experience developing interfaces, web services, and enterprise data integration solutions
  • Strong SQL query writing and execution experience
  • Experience with SQL Management Studio, TOAD Access, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
  • Strong ETL/data migration and data warehouse implementation experience
  • Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel, and reporting development tools
  • Experience configuring and administering SaaS/COTS products
  • Strong technical documentation, use case development, and specification writing skills
  • Experience supporting application architecture and high-availability enterprise applications
  • Experience with QA/testing and change management processes
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience with FL Medicaid (FMMIS) consumer eligibility, provider, and service authorization exchanges preferred


Qualifications:

  • Prior or current project experience with the agency preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities required
  • Experience supporting enterprise data integration, reporting, and application modernization initiatives preferred
  • Certification in related technical fields desirable


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required


Certifications:

  • Related technical certification desirable
