The Systems and Process Manager with ClimateWorks Foundation’s Clean Cooling Collaborative (CCC) Program is a new position on the team, and will play a critical cross-functional role in ensuring the efficient operation, strategic learning, and effective execution of the CCC team's initiatives. This position is central to managing the CCC's grantmaking processes; coordinating essential grantee reporting and progress tracking functions; supporting management of the program budget; and providing high-quality project management for key internal and external activities, including arranging convenings that support its network. The Systems and Process Manager will be a key liaison between CCC and other CWF departments, drive process improvements, facilitate strategic knowledge sharing (internal and external), and actively contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Success in this role requires a strong process orientation, meticulous attention to detail, demonstrated grants management expertise, and the ability to autonomously manage multiple complex projects.
The Clean Cooling Collaborative (CCC) is a high-impact team within ClimateWorks Foundation (CWF) dedicated to accelerating the global transition to efficient, climate-friendly cooling solutions. The team works to reduce the climate impact of the cooling sector while increasing access to life-saving clean cooling for those who need it most. The team drives philanthropic strategy, catalyzes a network of high-impact grantees, and supports cutting-edge initiatives to realize a future where cooling is sustainable and accessible.

The Systems and Process Manager will support the internal operational needs of the CCC team, helping to strengthen organization and creating efficiencies in the team’s workflows. The Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
ClimateWorks Foundation is based in the San Francisco Financial District. This position is classified as San Francisco- or New York City-Preference, but we may consider other U.S. locations for exceptional candidates. SF- or NYC-based will be expected to come into ClimateWorks’ local office one to two days per month. Geographic differential applied to compensation based on local cost of labor.
ClimateWorks offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience (geographic differential applied based on location).
For US-based position the salary range is as follows:
Tier 1: $120,000 to $130,000 (SF Bay Area/NYC)
Tier 2: $110,000 to $120,000 (Other US locations)
