Systems Architect

Responsibilities:

• Agile development frameworks
• Translate requirements into end-to-end designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories.
• Activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques
• Process and integrate large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible
• Performfunctionalandtechnicalanalysis,timelineanalysis,costestimation, trade studiestocreateatotalsystemsolutionthatacknowledge technicalschedule and cost constraints.
• Apply concepts of operations set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and construction of information systems across organizations.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph.
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Customer specific experience
• Demonstrated Experience implementing cloud Infrastructure (AWS) with in a high security environment
• Experience developing and evaluating strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment.

Desired Skills:

• neo4j graph database technologies, cypher query language
• Enterprise data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principles, data standards, and metadata management best practices.

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
