Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP) Database
Replacement & New Contractor Portal
(PRJ0251937) and Homeless Shelter
Database and Case Management System (HDCMS) (DMND0004685)
New System Architect will support the Homeless Housing and
Assistance Program (HHAP)
(PRJ0251837) that will build a custom application that will replace the
current third-party
provided application along with the existing functionality.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. -Design and develop the new custom HHAP Application
2. -Research and provide architectural review and direction for project and
HHAP application.
3. -Create cradle to grave UML diagrams for entire to-be system.
4. -Provide mentoring and guidance to our .Net development team.
5. -Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are
met; managing daily work/priorities and reporting status updates to
supervisor.
6. -Create technical documentation that describes and outlines associated
applications and systems.
7. -Assist with additional OTDA priority projects and applications as new
needs arise.
--- Required Qualifications ---
• A Bachelor's Degree
• 84 months experience designing application architecture, developing &
deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services and Windows
Communication Foundation.
• 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; and
working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve
issues.
• 36 months experience development applications utilizing MVC.Net
• 60 months experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages including SQL
programming and JSON.
• 36 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibility
compliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux,
Angular versions 9 thru 14.
• 24 months experience development applications relating to government
human service eligibility systems.
• 36 months experience using object-oriented principles and concepts to
design business objects
• 36 months experience using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
