Job Title: Pega PRPC Developer

Location: MN, TX, CO

Salary Range: $65-$70 per hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Six plus years’ experience with Pega Infinity 8.x and supporting frameworks (CPM; Collections)
• Pega certified senior system architect (CSSA) or (LSA) strongly preferred
• Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipeline and integration with Pega Deployment Mgr.
• Very good Cloud experience (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure or PegaCloud)
• Object-oriented programming background (Java or .NET)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action (NBA) framework
• Hands-on expertise in AI-powered customer engagement, adaptive decisioning, and predictive analytics
• Experience designing and implementing retention, cross-sell, upsell, and upgrade offer strategies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain Pega products
• Deploy and operate Pega on Kubernetes using Helm charts
• Implement secure, automated delivery using CI/CD for Helm-based deploy/upgrade/rollback
